Arman FC began their Afghanistan Champions League Season 6 campaign on Saturday, September 12, facing Ariana Khost in their opening match of the new season in Kabul.

Ariana Khost took the lead in the first half, putting Arman FC under early pressure. Arman responded well, however, and Macdonald Ngwa Niba found the net to bring his side level at 1–1 before halftime.

The equalizer gave Arman FC a way back into the match, with the two sides heading into the break on even terms.

Ariana Khost regained control after the restart and scored twice in the second half to eventually secure a 3–1 victory.

With the first match now behind them, Arman FC will turn their attention to their upcoming fixtures as they look to bounce back and secure their first points of the new campaign.
