Arman FC officially began their Afghanistan Champions League 2025 journey on Sunday, November 23, playing their first match in the competition as the fifth season of the league got underway in Kabul.
Sunday’s match however, saw Sarrafan Herat claim a 2–0 victory over Arman FC.
For Arman FC, which replaced the former Takhar-based club Mawj Sahel Sahet, the fixture represented a significant step into top-tier Afghan football. Entering the league for the first time, the club brought together players from across Afghanistan, reflecting its ambition to serve as a unifying platform for domestic talent.
Facing the intensity and pace of the Afghanistan Champions League, Arman FC approached their first match of the season with discipline and determination.
